Ms. Khouzam received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Bowling Green State University in 1985. She studied at Georgetown University while interning on Capitol Hill and was later a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Innsbruck. She obtained her law degree from the University of Toledo in 1991, where she served on the Law Review and was a semi-finalist on the National Moot Court Trial Team.
Ms. Khouzam's practice concentrates in counseling and defending clients in a variety of labor and employment issues, and she also defends general litigation and insurance matters. Ms. Khouzam is the current Chair of the Columbus Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Committee, and is past Chair of the Community Service Committee. She serves on the boards of Children's Hunger Alliance, St. Stephens Community House, and the Grandview Marble Cliff Chamber of Commerce. She is a frequent author and lecturer on employment law topics and was an instructor for the American Institute for Paralegal Studies at Ohio Dominican College.
