Ms. Menkedick received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from The Ohio State University in 1995. She obtained her law degree from The Ohio State University in 1999, where she served as Managing Editor of The Ohio State Law Journal. Ms. Menkedick concentrates her practice in employment law as well as employee benefits law. She has experience in employment-related litigation, including lawsuits relating to race, sex, disability, and age discrimination under federal and state law. She also has experience in representing employers before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

In addition, Ms. Menkedick counsels employers on various employment-related issues such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, whistleblower laws, and the NLRA. Ms. Menkedick is a member of the Columbus, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations. She is on the Consulting Board of the Downtown YMCA, and serves as Chairperson of the Membership/Marketing Committee of the YMCA.
