Scott A. Fenton received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University in 1989 and his law degree from Capital University Law School in 1997. Mr. Fenton served on the editorial staff of the Capital University Law Review. He has also been published in the Capital University Law Review. He served as a Staff Attorney for the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas from 1997-1999.

Mr. Fenton is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations. Mr. Fenton's practice is focused on civil litigation.
