Mr. Wallace received his bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University in 1987 and his law degree from Capital University Law School in 1990. He is a member of the Ohio State and Columbus bar associations. Mr. Wallace focuses his practice on corporate and business law, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
