Cooper, Elliott & Sonderman Legal Services Plan, LLC invites utility organizations to participate as members in this legal service plan.

As members, you may assert claims through this program allowing your company to:

Our plan features utility crew investigation training. A key to the cost-effective administration of this Legal Services Plan is the quality and completeness of information regarding third party damages to utility facilities provided by Participating members to the Plan Administrator - Cooper, Elliott & Sonderman Legal Services Plan, LLC. The Plan Administrator will provide training and investigative kits to utility personnel as designated by the Participating Members. At the Participating Member's election, training will be provided directly to the utility personnel ("direct training") who will be responding to facility damage calls; or to trainers selected by the Participating Member ("instructor training").
