With more than 30 years experience in human resources management and business operations, Mark is an expert in the development of effective human resources strategies for employees that lead to higher levels of job commitment and productivity. Mark established the first consolidated human resources function for The Dispatch organization and served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Administration and Planning. He also served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Operations for U.S. Health Corporation (now Ohio Health). Mark has served on the Board of Directors of The Dispatch Printing Company, Catholic Social Services, National Church Residence, Jobs for Columbus Graduates, and the Humility of Mary Healthcare System.
